STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.

2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21

 

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons:

The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. 

Matthew 28:19; Like 3:22

 

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection from the dead, in His ascension to reign at the right hand of God the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

Titus 3:5

 

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit to convict the lost of sin, to direct the lost to salvation and to enable the saved to live a godly life. 

John 14:26

 

We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people – both the saved and the lost.  The saved will be raised to eternal life and the lost to eternal condemnation.
