1. COMPLETE A SHORT FORM. To help us coordinate with everyone hosting drives and to aid in your drives success, we ask that you please fill out the Independent Drive & Image Release Form below before starting your drive. You can also download a printable version by clicking HERE. You may FAX completed form to 530-242-5920. Please include cover sheet with ATTN: Indie Drives.
2. SUBMIT THE FORM. Once submitted, you will receive a response within one week. Mission's name and/or logo usage in promotions requires Mission approval so be sure to request that on the form if you plan on using them. During the holidays our response times may at times be slower than we would like them to be, so please feel free to contact us if you have not heard back in a timely manner.
3. GET STARTED. Once approved you are good to go and can use the Mission's name and logo in your drive. In most cases we will help get word out about the event via press release, website, social networking, etc.
