Respiratory problems, gastrointestinal problems, skin disorders, flu symptoms, acute infections and minor injuries are the most common conditions treated at the clinic. We also provide T. B. Testing on Tuesdays with subsequent reading on Thursdays.
The clinic is staffed totally on a voluntary basis. An integral part of our service is to rely upon a volunteer staff of qualified, dedicated professionals Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Dentists, and Medical Assistants, without whom there would be no clinic.
The Free Clinic is supported by the Good News Rescue Mission, which relies solely on the community for support. This comes both as funding and a considerable volunteer effort. We invite clinicians to invest in our program. We are always in need of sample medications that are not out of date, and ideas on improving our outpatient care and resources.
We seek to maintain open dialogue with our clients and the community to encourage planning and development of services to address the unmet needs of the population we serve.
